Seller & purchase scope

mervultg™ is owned and operated by Guangzhou Zhouxu Technology Co., Ltd. These purchase terms apply to orders through mervultg.com. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and have the legal capacity or authorization to make the purchase. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.

Orders, descriptions & prices

An automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Stock limits, payment checks, delivery availability or an evident listing error may require us to contact you. If fulfillment is not possible, we notify you and refund payment collected for unfulfilled goods. We do not replace an item with a materially different product without agreement.

Listings identify features and variants. Screen settings may affect colors, but goods must match their material description. Follow the supplied instructions and safety information. Checkout shows currency, shipping, discounts and taxes collected by us before payment. Future price changes do not alter a completed purchase. An obvious error is resolved with you or by cancellation and an appropriate refund.

Payment & delivery

Pay using a method offered for your transaction in Shopify checkout. Processing follows payment confirmation and necessary checks. Provider-imposed conversion or transaction fees follow the provider’s terms.

Typical preparation is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch unless a destination-specific estimate was provided beforehand. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping costs appear at checkout; arrival estimates are not guaranteed.

Our registered address does not establish dispatch origin. Cross-border duties or clearance charges not included at checkout may be payable separately. Tracking is provided when available. We investigate missing, late or misdelivered parcels and arrange an appropriate resolution where warranted; handing a parcel to a carrier does not automatically end our delivery responsibilities.

Cancellation, returns & refunds

Request changes quickly. We try to help before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee a change after preparation starts. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations carry no cancellation fee, with refunds issued to the original method within 5–10 business days. Shipped orders follow the return process.

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery. For preference-based returns, goods must be unused and in original condition with packaging and included parts; you pay return shipping and original shipping is not refunded unless required by law. No restocking fee applies. Contact support for the approved destination before returning.

Faulty, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods receive an appropriate remedy without additional cost. Approved return refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection; refunds without a return are issued within 5–10 business days of approval. A provider may require further posting time. You need not accept store credit in place of an approved refund.

Responsibility & resolving concerns

These terms do not exclude statutory warranties, remedies or liability that cannot legally be waived. Any voluntary product guarantee must be expressly stated for the item. Events beyond reasonable control may affect fulfillment; we communicate options rather than automatically removing cancellation or refund rights.

Contact service@mervultg.com with the order number and concern for review. Nothing here requires you to give up courts, regulators, payment-provider processes or other remedies available by law. Mandatory protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

Which version applies?

The purchase terms presented when you place an order apply to that purchase. Later revisions do not retrospectively remove agreed purchase rights. For clarification, contact our published support channels during the service hours below.
